Aylings Amblings

We’ve had a great day - Jack and Darren had a deeply religious experience going to the Arsenal stadium along with our friend Richard and his son Reuben. It was a fantastic tour of the stadium- Jack was almost hyperventilating and came away looking like a walking ad for Arsenal.  Lou and Karis got to go shopping 😀. They went to Covent Garden and around with Fiona. We then all met up in Hyde Park with our friends Sarah and Stuart. Sarah is a children’s book illustrator and author, hope this link works if you want to find out about her books  https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sarah_McIntyre  We then went back to Camberwell and our old home group from church and our pastors came over for dinner. It was lovely reconnecting with old friends.  Right now we are on a train heading to Windsor to meet up with Eddie and Christine, Jeremy and Gemma, Daniel and Amy.  Lots of love to you all

We’ve had a good day in Sydney-wandered around the opera house, the rocks area, walking the harbour bridge, lunch at the pancake house and then back to the airport- good to stretch our legs before the long flights ahead.

We are all set- alarms went off at 3:40 this morning. Debbie delivered us to the airport and we are all checked in and waiting to board. All very excited 😀 and hopefully able to get some more sleep on the plane.
